Too many broken DLC that costs the same as an entire game each, with at least one including AI assets (BioGenesis DLC has some ai generated voice assets). More of a platform to sell DLC than a game, just like everything paradox publishes.

its alright the reason i play it mostly is the mods playing as the UNSC from halo fullfillng my dream of a halo navy game but it updates so reguarlly and with such drastic changes so often it kills a lot of the mods
